DATED : 14-12-2018 This contempt is being prosecuted by two legal heirs of the deceased employee Smt. Hemlata Chaudhary.

Rahul Shivshankar Verma is the son and Miss Renuka Shivshankar Verma is the daughter.

Respondent 2 has filed an affidavit undertaking to pay the amount of Rs.19,25,697/- in six installments, the first installment starting from 14-12-2018. The statement in the affidavit is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. If the payment is not made as undertaken, respondents 2 and 3 shall be guilty of aggravated contempt.

However, the amount covered by every installment shall be equally divided between the son and the daughter and two separate cheques shall be issued in

2 cp88.17 the names of the son and the daughter.

Shri Nitin Vyawahare, learned Counsel states that separate cheques in the name of the son and the daughter shall be handed over to the learned Counsel Shri Mishra during the course of the day.

The statement is accepted.
