The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No. 156/2021, registered with Umarkhed Police Station, District - Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has not committed any offence and the other accused is already released by the learned Trial Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that investigation is complete. The charge-sheet is likely to be filed approximately within a period of three weeks. The Investigating Officer has filed reply. Perused the case diary and the reply filed by the Investigating Officer. 6.
Since the investigation is almost over, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 7.
In that view of the matter, criminal application is allowed. In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 156/2021, registered with Umarkhed Police Station, District - Yavatmal for the offence punishable under Sections 353, 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 8.
The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Sunday till filing of the charge-sheet. 9.
The criminal application is disposed of.
