17/07/ The present application is filed by Legal Representatives of original applicant for grant of leave to file First Appeal. Original applicant/claimant expired on 04/06/2010. She died during pendency of L.A.R. No.236/2004. As such, leave is granted to file First Appeal to the legal representatives of original claimant.

The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal. There is delay of 1512 days in filing appeal. Though, I am not satisfied with the reasons given by the applicant for condonation of delay. However, in the interest of

2 18 caf 792-2022 justice, delay is hereby condoned subject to condition that the claimants are not entitled for any interest if amount of compensation so enhanced and on statutory amount. As such application is allowed. 2.

The delay in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned subject to condition that claimants are not entitled for any interest on enhanced compensation and statutory amount.

The Registry is directed to register the First Appeal.
