The prayer is to expedite enquiry under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act. Mr. H.R. Gadhia, learned Advocate for petitioner, invites attention to previous history to urge that immediate steps are necessary to protect the property and funds of Public Trust. Learned A.G.P. submits that he has received instructions from the office of Assistant Charity Commissioner at Buldhana and the proceedings can be disposed of at the earliest within six months. In this situation, in view of the statement made by learned A.G.P. upon instructions from respondent no.2, we direct respondent no.1 to complete the enquiry within six months from today.
