The learned Assistant Government Pleader and the learned Advocate for the petitioner-management submitted that permission to prepare duplicate service book is granted and steps are taken by the management and Headmaster of the school to prepare the service book, and cooperation of the respondent No.1-employee is required for further procedure.

The learned Advocate for the respondent No.1 states that the respondent No.1 will be attending the office of the school and if required office of the Education Officer also to enable the Authorities to finalize the pension case of the respondent No.1-employee.

Accepting the above submission, no further orders are required on this civil application.

The civil application is disposed accordingly. No costs.
