DATE : 16/10/2023 Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing appeal against order. The only reasons put forth for the delay is that sometime is consumed in seeking legal opinion in the matter and hence there is a delay of 148 days. Though, such reason is not justifiable, however, in the interest of justice, application is allowed, subject to costs of Rs.2000/-, to be deposited with Vidarbha Lady Lawyer Association, within a period of two weeks. 2.

Registry is directed to register Appeal Against Order, after payment of costs as directed above. 3.
