By this petition, the petitioners seeks a direction to the respondent no.2-Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chandur Bazar to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner no.1 against the Voters' List. The petitioners have also sought a direction to the respondent no.2, by prayer clause (b) to consider the grievance about nineteen other ineligible members.

Mrs.Deshpande, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2, states on instructions that the objections of the petitioners as referred to in prayer clauses (a) and (b) would be decided by the respondent no.2, within a period of eight weeks. It is stated that the elections would not be conducted till the date, the objections are decided. In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
