By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award in M.A.C.P. No. 84/2013 by Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pusad dated 16/07/2022.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within eight weeks, the effect operation, implementation of the impugned judgment and order be stayed till final disposal.
