Present application is for apportionment and disbursement of the amount amongst respondent nos.1 to 3 deposited by the appellant.

The appeal is already disposed of in National Lokadalat dated 12.03.2022.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and as the appeal is already disposed of by amicable settlement, respondent nos.1 to 3 are entitled to receive the amount of compensation.

The 50% of the amount along with accrued interest be disbursed to respondent No.1 on due identification and verification. The 25% of the amount along with accrued interest be deposited in the name of respondent No.2 who is minor till she attains the majority and 25% of the amount along with accrued interest be

14.caf.964.23.odt disbursed to respondent No.3 on due identification and verification. The amount of respondent No.3 be disbursed to her by considering her name as Tijibai Kunjilal Saumndre or Tijiya Kunjilal Samundre.
