Until further orders, there shall be interim stay to the execution of the decree. This order is passed, accepting the statement made on oath on behalf of the petitioner, that he is not in arrears of occupation charges and the occupation charges till 31st March, 2015 have been paid to the landlord. In addition, the petitioner shall continue to deposit Rs.1,000/- per month towards the occupation charges before the Executing Court till 5th of every month until further orders.

2 ca762.15 In default on the part of the petitioner to comply with this order, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to Court.

The civil application is disposed of in the above terms. JUDGE Tambaskar.
