This is an application seeking to quash the First Information Report 575 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022 registered with the Yashodhara Nagar Police Station, Nagpur City for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on account of settlement in between the parties. 2.

After hearing the matter at length, this Court has expressed its non-inclination to entertain the application on the ground of settlement.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks for withdrawal of the application with liberty to apply the Trial Court for discharge. 4.

The application stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
