After having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 - Bank Mr. Fuladi, on instructions from the said respondent states that if the petitioner is willing to deposit the entire amount of consideration within 48 hours, the respondent No.2 shall consider accepting the same in view of the difficulties/hardship narrated in the petition. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has handed over the demand draft for an amount of Rs.55,00,000/- (Rs. Fifty Five Lakhs Only) to Mr. Fuladi, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.

In view of above, the grievance made in the petition stands redressed.

The respondent No.2 to process the request of the petitioner.
