Present application is filed by the legal heirs of respondent No.1 - Daulatram Gopal Mavaskar, for seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount. During pendency of the Appeal, the respondent No.1 has died. The Appeal is already disposed of. 3.

In view of that, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount along with accrued interest on due identification and verification. The amount be disbursed equally to applicant Nos.1(a) to 1(c).

The Civil application No. 1068 of 2023 is disposed of.

2 16-F.A. No.1286.2018 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 494 OF 2023 This application is under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The Appeal is already disposed of and the legal heirs of the respondent No.1 is already permitted to withdraw the compensation amount. On behalf of applicant No.1 the Application is not pressed by learned Advocate Mr. Alaspurkar.

In view of withdrawal of the application, the application No. 494 of 2023 is disposed of.
