The Petitioner by this Petition has sought promotion to the post of Leading Fireman from a particular date. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner has placed Pursis on record annexing the order dated 18 February 2017 issued by Respondent Corporation in respect of giving the post of Leading Fireman to the Petitioner. Apart from this, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has not contacted with him, perhaps because of the Kirtak

The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. Rule is discharged. No costs.
