DATED : 27-03-2025 The petition questions the order 14.3.2024 (p60) whereby the proposal for approval of the petitioner, who was appointed as a Shikshan Sevak by the order dated 5.3.2024, has been rejected by the Education Officer. Perusal of the reasons, of rejection, would indicate, that they are all curable defects on account of which an opportunity ought to have been granted to the petitioner as well as the management to cure the same. That having not been done, the impugned communication dated 14.3.2024 is quashed and set aside and the matter is remitted back to respondent No. 2 for decision afresh, as Mr. Sudame, learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 3 and 4, upon instruction, makes a statement that the fresh proposal curing the discrepancies would be submitted to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. Till the decision of the proposal and two weeks thereafter, the interim order 29.4.2024 protecting the services of the petitioner shall continue. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.)
