At the outset, Shri Avinash Gupta, learned Senior Advocate points out that after filing of the present application two developments have taken place; Firstly, sanction has not been granted under the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 and secondly, charge-sheet has been filed on completion of investigation.

In that view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application and move an application afresh for grant of regular bail before the trial Court. In the circumstances, no submissions are made on merit of the matter.

Thus, in view of the statement made by the learned Senior Advocate, permission to withdraw the present application is granted with liberty to move an application before the trial Court for grant of regular bail.

Pending Criminal Application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
