Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

I find no fault with the impugned order rejecting the application for exhibition of the document, i.e., the newspaper, which was not exhibited during evidence and evidence has been completed. It is only in the argument that the document is sought to be exhibited, which is not permissible. Hence I make the following order:- Criminal Application No. 250 of 2015 is rejected, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to take such steps as are available in law.
