We do not find any direction to the Rent Controller to decide all the cases before 31.03.2015, in our order dated 30.07.2014. It appears that such a direction was issued by the Collector to the Rent Controller. We had only directed the Rent Controller to decide the case of the petitioner in Writ Petition No.2760 of 2014.

It is informed by Shri Shelat, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the said writ petition, that the case of the petitioner is decided. The prayer made in the application is misconceived.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
