It is alleged that this applicant instigated the coaccused to kill her own husband, because she was having love affair with one of them viz. Sachin. But, as of now, except for the circumstance that this applicant maintained complete silence and did not report to the police the fact that her husband was missing, there are no other circumstances which, prima facie, connect the applicant with the present crime. Charge-sheet has already been filed. In the circumstances, now I am of the opinion that the applicant can be released on bail.
Application is allowed and it is directed that applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 50/2016 registered with Police Station, Goregaon for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on her furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 25000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions:
(a) Applicant shall regularly attend the trial court on

(b) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.
(c) Applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.
