The respondent No.1/claimant is seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.7,74,992/- deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No.1008/AMT/BLD/2022 alongwith interest. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body is not having any objection for such withdrawal.

As such, respondent No.1/claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.7,74,992/-, which is deposited by the appellant towards compensation, alongwith interest accrued thereon till the date of filing application before the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of that Authority. 5.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
