The learned counsel for the applicant-accused produced on record the receipt in respect of deposit of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the learned trial Court vide order dated 29.03.2023. The interim suspension of substantive sentence of imprisonment awarded to the applicant accused is already done by this Court, directing him to furnish surety before the learned trial Court. The surety is also furnished.

As such, the Criminal Application (APPR) No.95 of 2023 is made absolute and disposed of.
