The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.33 of 2021, dated 21.01.2021, registered with Police Station Gadchiroli, District Gadchiroli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act.

There are counter FIRs and members of both the groups have got injured in the alleged incident. 3.

The charge-sheet has been filed in this case on completion of investigation. No specific role is attributed against the applicant. Accordingly, I am of the opinion that the applicant is entitled for grant of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, I pass the following order:

23.aba.280.2022.odt a) The criminal application is allowed.

b) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.33 of 2021, dated 21.01.2021, registered with Police Station Gadchiroli, District Gadchiroli, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 11, 12, 13 and 14th May, 2022 between 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter, as and when his presence is required. d) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

e) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the concerned Police station without permission of the Court.

The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
