Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that vide order dated 06/05/2019, respondent No.3 allowed the appeal and set aside the order dated 02/01/2019 and directed respondent No.1 that if he wants to make correction in the order dated 27/02/2008, then he has to seek necessary permission to review the said order from competent superior authority. Since the passing of the said order, matter bearing No. RTPS-62/Kasarkheda/01/2013-14, is pending with respondent no.1. Therefore, he urged that the matter could be disposed of by giving direction to respondent no. 1 to dispose of the said matter expeditiously. 3.

Having considered the same, and perusal of the record it seems that since 2022 the matter has been pending with respondent No. 1. Also, the petitioner made an application before respondent No.1 to dispose of the matter expeditiously. In such an eventuality, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.1 to decide the said matter, as

2 wp 2151.24.odt expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 12 weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order to it.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. No costs.
