Shri Neeraj Patil, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service on behalf of the respondent. Charge-sheet in the matter has been filed and it is not in dispute that all requisite seizures have been effected. Applicant is in jail since 6.1.2017. In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant.

Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail in crime No. 28/2017 registered with Police Station, Ballarpur for the offences punishable under Section 65 (E) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act and Section 188 of the Motor Vehicles Act on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions:

(a) Applicant shall attend all dates of hearing in the trial Court regularly.

(b) Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.

Application is disposed of.
