By these applications, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration and restoration of appeal.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the contentions in this application made on affidavit are remained uncontroverted, delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal stands condoned. 3.

For the same reasons and in view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the appellants that he will file private paper book within six weeks, the application is allowed. The appeal is restored to the file.
