Heard Mr. Khandewale, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. Doifode, learned A.P.P. for the respondent/ State.

2] We permit the learned counsel for the appellants to file paper-book in the old format within one week from today. The objections, if any, regards the format are hereby waived.

3] Criminal Application No. 28/2021 is disposed of.

4] By Criminal Application No. 285/2020, the appellant No.1 seeks suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

5] From the record, we find that similar application was made on behalf of both the

8apeal 150-2020 appellants but, this Court, vide order dated 21/07/2020 granted bail only to appellant No.2. 6] The other ground for seeking bail is the apprehension that the pandemic situation might not improve and the Appeal might be taken-up for final hearing after a considerable delay.

7] We now propose to place the main Appeal for final disposal in the second week of December, 2021 itself. Therefore, his apprehension no longer survives.

8] Accordingly, we dispose of Criminal Application No. 285/2020 by directing that Criminal Appeal No. 150/2020 be placed for final hearing on 06/12/2021 subject to overnight part-heard matters. (PUSHPA V. GANEDIWALA, J.) (M.S. SONAK, J.) Sumit
