In view of this statement, the writ petition is allowed in the above terms. 2.

Needless to say that all consequential benefits and action would be followed. It is presumed that the respondent No.5 would not be prevented to file another Writ Petition for the purpose of the benefits which she may be entitled because of this order. No order as to costs.
