For the reasons stated in C.A.W. No. 636 of 2019, delay in filing the application for bringing legal heirs of petitioner no.3 on record is condoned. The abatement if any is also set aside. Civil applications are allowed and disposed of. C.A.W. NO. 480/2019.
The petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal heirs of petitioner no.3 as stated in the application. Amendment be carried out within one week.

The petitioners pray that legal heirs of respondent no.4(a) be permitted to be brought on record. It is stated that respondent nos.4(b) to 4(d) are the legal heirs of respondent no.4(a) and they are already on record.
