Learned counsel for the petitioners states that they have preferred an appropriate application for extension of one-time settlement scheme.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank fairly states that, if such application is made, the same will be decided in accordance with the policy of the R.B.I. and the Bank.

If any such application is made by the petitioners, the respondent-Bank shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
