This is an application for restoration of petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 23.12.2016.

The petitioner/applicant has stated in paragraph No.4 that he was out of station and he could not consult with the Advocate and therefore, he could not supply the copies of issuance of notices to the respondents/ non-applicants.

The learned Advocate for the respondents/nonapplicants opposed the restoration application. 4.

I have carefully considered the reasons stated in the paragraph No.4 and I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case of restoration. The application is therefore, allowed.
