By the order dated 17/03/2023 passed in Criminal Application No.287 of 2023 itself this Court has noted that "it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application and the application is dismissed for want of prosecution."

Now, this is an application for restoration of the criminal application is filed. Today also none is present. On 01/11/2023 also none was present for the applicant. Thus, the order passed by this Court on 17/03/2023 and thereafter also the applicant has not prosecuted with the application. It seems that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application, therefore, the application No.566/2023 is dismissed for want of prosecution.
