This is an application seeking condonation of delay u/s 5 of the Limitation Act. There is a delay of 149 days in filing the Appeal. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 vociferously objected for condoning the delay.

However, for the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 3 to 5 of the Application, the delay of 149 days in filing the Appeal , is condoned. Civil Application is allowed.
