Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper. The petitioner has a remedy to challenge the transfer by approaching the Divisional Commissioner.

Hence, we permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner for making out such grievance. The Divisional Commissioner, if any such representation is made, shall decide it within a period of three months and communicate the order to the petitioner.
