The instant Appeal is covered under the Government Resolutions dated 3rd November, 2016, 23rd February, 2017 and 4th May, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 and therefore, the Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appeal stands disposed of accordingly.

The Respondent/Claimant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court, alongwith accrued interest, in accordance with law.
