Applicant no. 1 is the accused and applicant no. 2 is the first informant in an offence registered at Ranapratap Nagar Police Station, Nagpur under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code. There is an allegation that the applicant no.1 kidnapped the minor daughter of the applicant no. 2.

During pendency of the investigation, the minor daughter has become major and she has happily married with applicant no. 1 and the first informant - applicant no. 2 is not having any grievance against the applicant no. 1. Out of said wedlock, they have got a child. Now, they are not having any grievance against each other. 4.
The kidnapped daughter has also filed an affidavit thereby consenting for quashing of the First Information
LD-VC-APL 809.2020.odt Report. We think that it is in the interest of the parties to quash the First Information Report. Hence, we are inclined to allow the application. Hence, the order. (i) Criminal application is allowed.
(ii) First Information Report No. 196/2019 dated 18-5-2019 registered at Police Station, Ranapratap Nagar, Nagpur against applicant no. 1 under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code is quashed. The proceedings are dropped.
