After hearing this matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the trial Court. He also makes a request that the interim protection granted on 05/04/2016 be continued for a period of one more week.

Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted and the interim protection given to the applicant by order passed on 05/04/2016 is hereby extended till 31st August, 2016.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
