DATE : MAY 06, 2015 Prayer in the application is to permit the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation without furnishing solvent surety. It is stated that by order dated 29/02/2012, the said respondents were permitted to withdraw half of the amount on furnishing solvent surety. It is stated however that such surety could not be arranged by the respondents. The application is opposed by learned counsel for the appellant.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, in terms of earlier order dated 29/02/2012, 50% of the amount deposited in Reference Court is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing usual undertaking in this Court. Civil Application is disposed of.
