DATED : 08/01/2019 The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, however, with liberty to seek redressal of his grievance before the authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. The learned advocate for the respondent nos. 6, 8 and 9 opposes the prayer for grant of liberty. The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn.
As the challenges raised in the petition are not adverted to, the petitioner may seek redressal of his grievance before appropriate authority according to law. This order shall not be construed to mean that this Court has granted liberty to the petitioner and the proceedings filed by the petitioner should be considered on their merit.
