Adv. Chitaley for petitioner, upon instructions, states that because of faulty work, there is water-logging.
The issue of faulty execution of contract may give rise to several disputed questions. Hence, at this stage we are not inclined to go into this aspect. The petitioner is a Municipal Councillor.
2203wp2189.15 2/2 We grant him leave to make appropriate representation to respondent no.3 Chief Officer as also to Regional Director of Municipal Administration in this connection. The Chief Officer shall, if such representation is received within three weeks from today, look into it within next four weeks.
