After hearing the petition for some time and after perusal of the record, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in view of the liberty granted by the Principal Secretary, State Excise Department in the impugned order to the effect that in case there will be any change of policy and such type of cases are included in the policy, the petitioner may apply afresh.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to avail a remedy as available to the petitioner under the present policy or in case of new policy. 3.

All the points are kept open.
