Vide impugned judgment and order dated 04.12.2020, the learned Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Nagpur, has partly allowed Appeal No.N-2 of 2024 preferred by the present respondent No.1, thereby setting aside dismissal order dated 11.11.2013 and granting liberty to the petitioner/employer to start departmental inquiry against the respondent No.1 from the stage of issuance of show cause notice. It is not in dispute that the respondent No.1 has expired on 08.01.2024. The departmental inquiry was not concluded prior to her demise.
