By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldana suspending the petitioner and directing him to handover the charge of the Headmaster.

Shri Sheikh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed if this Court only directs the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to complete the enquiry against the petitioner within a time frame as the petitioner has been suspended from a long time and for the first time it has been stated by the respondents in their reply that an amount of Rs.28,474/- has been paid to the petitioner as subsistence allowance.

The prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. We, therefore, dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to complete the enquiry against the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of four months. The petitioner should cooperate in the enquiry and should not delay the same. The Zilla Parishad should pay the arrears of the subsistence allowance and the subsistence allowance till the conclusion of the enquiry as early as possible.
