Heard.

This Court was about to reject the application for more reasons than one. The applicant is allegedly a repeat offender and is accused of similar offence, to wit of having submitted forged bank guarantee to Western Coalfields Limited and an offence is registered with Junnardev Police Station. A proclamation is issued by the Superintendent of Police, Chhindwada declaring a reward of Rs. 10,000/- for furnishing the whereabouts of the applicant. A similar offence is registered with Wani Police Station in which applicant is seeking anticipatory bail. The conduct of the applicant apart, the earlier application was withdrawn without seeking liberty to approach this Court. Since this application is being withdrawn unconditionally, this Court is refraining from making any observation on the merits of the accusations.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions from the applicant who is present in the Court

aba203of18.odt 2 states that the applicant shall surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 16.7.2018. The application is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally. If the applicant does not surrender on or before 16.7.2018, in addition to the coercive measures which the police are expected to take, the Registry shall initiate suo motu contempt proceedings. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
