Present application is filed for withdrawal of the amount as well as for disbursing the amount of compensation of the share of appellant No.1 to his legal representatives.

The appellant No.1 is reported to be dead on 29/09/2020.

The appeal is already disposed of as settled in Lok-Adalat dated 07/05/2022.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the amount of compensation of the share of appellant No.1 be disbursed along with accrued interest between his legal heirs mentioned in the application and the share of appellant No.2 be disbursed to her on due identification and verification.

Civil application is disposed of.
