Submission of Advocate Lambat is Central Administrative Tribunal has delivered judgment on 20th November, 2015 while the applicant before Central Administrative Tribunal (respondent in writ petition had already expired) on 9.4.2015.

In this situation, without prejudice to rights and contentions of parties, applications are allowed. Legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record by carrying out necessary amendment.

Issue notice to added respondents (legal heirs), returnable on 6th August, 2018.
