Both the applications are filed for seeking permission for withdrawal of the balance amount. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are already died. Ms Bhagyashree w/o Sunilrao Ghate is the only legal representatives of both the respondents. Death certificate of both the respondents are already on record. Appeal is already dismissed in default on 15/03/2019. There is nothing on record to show that, any steps is taken to restore the appeal.

In view of that Bhagyashree w/o Sunilrao Ghate is the legal representatives of respondent nos. 1 and 2 and she is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

The amount be disbursed on due identification and verification. Both the civil applications are disposed of.
