Shri Ghare, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mrs. Dangre, learned GP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Shri Wankhede, learned counsel for the applicant/ respondent No. 3.

The prayer is to modify the order dated 11.03.2016 as salaries of regular staff are to be paid. During hearing, Shri Wankhede, learned counsel submits that salary and other day-to-day maintenance is required to be taken care of.

Shri Ghare, learned counsel points out that this Court has restrained Respondent No. 3 from taking any major policy or major financial decisions.

It is apparent that day-to-day affairs and routine expenses can go on and only major policy or financial decisions cannot be taken.

In view of this, no further orders are called for in the present civil application. It is accordingly disposed of. List Writ Petition No. 2833 of 2015 for admission on 26.04.2016.
