By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Perused the order passed by this Court. The present applicant is charged with an offence punishable under Section 354(a)(1)(i), 354(c), 354(d), 376 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4(1), 5(G), 6 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

While releasing the applicant on bail, considering the apprehension of tampering of the
912.appp.585.25.odt witnesses he was directed not to enter into the Taluka Daryapur, District Amravati, till culmination of the trial. 5.
Said apprehension is still in existence. No ground is made out for cancelling or relaxing the said conditions. Hence, the application deserves to be rejected. 6.
The application is rejected accordingly.
