DECEMBER 24, 2025 1) This is an application seeking stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and decree dated 27/01/2023, passed by the Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Khamgaon, Dist. Buldhana in R.C.A. No.60/2016, arising out of judgment and decree dated 17/10/2016 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Sangrampur, Dist. Buldhana in R.C.S. No.36/2013.
