Challenge is to interim order passed by respondent No.1 in appeal filed under Section 16(2) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959.

It appears from the impugned order that the appeal is fixed for further orders on 27.03.2025 i.e. tomorrow. Learned A.G.P. was requested to take instructions from respondent No.1 as to whether the appeal will be taken up for final hearing tomorrow. 4.

Learned A.G.P. has taken instructions and submits that the appeal is likely to be taken up for final hearing tomorrow and if not tomorrow, immediately thereafter.

Thus, it appears that the appeal itself will be decided in few days. In the circumstance, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the appeal is not decided by 15.04.2025.
